Produced by COMSA, one of Honduras' most respected coffee cooperatives, this naturally processed lot represents the work of more than 1,500 dedicated coffee producers in Marcala, La Paz. Cherries are carefully dried on raised beds, developing a fruit-forward profile with rich sweetness and creamy body. The result is a vibrant coffee with layered fruit notes balanced by smooth milk chocolate.
